The Philippines is one of the countries most affected by earth changes (a term fundamentalists refuse to use, instead using "climate change") because, like the other countries in question, it will undergo a major alteration in configuration. Rather than submerge, I see that it will actually rise and increase its land mass due to a series of volcanic activity.
