Caught my third episode of Garage Sale Mystery, The Deadly Room, about a "cursed" house for sale, and I enjoyed it immensely. All three episodes have so far consistently good quality: wholesome characters, family values that are not over-articulated, cozy scenes, no sexual innuendos, attractive sets and props, and guaranteed safe viewing for children and adults. The casting orchestration is such that even if the protagonist grows old and becomes a grandmother the series could continue, and equally successfully. I hope there will soon be enough episodes to comprise a DVD collection.
