D. came with a lot of exquisite, antique glass beads. I really don't need any more, but it was quite evident that he was in desperate need of money. Bought two strands and combined them to make an Ariadne Oliver necklace. There is only one rule of thumb for creating necklaces, which is that they should look good enough to eat.
