When in danger of falling into a rut or a boring loop:
--Alternate your routine activities with small, creative activities.
--Try doing things in another sequence.
--Wear a piece of clothing of an unusual color.
--Do a tiny act of charity.
--Do a minor rearrangement of furniture or decor.
--Sit down and relax in a different chair or a different corner.
--Adjust your budget so that you can buy yourself a trivial treat each day.
--Begin reading a book you've never read before.
