When conducting group dynamics for corporate groups, do NOT think in terms of games and gimmicks. The sad reality is that such games and gimmicks can NOT be applied to real-life situations by the average participant, whose world is comprised without plastic balls, straws, cards, balloons, and hula hoops.
In the end, your participants will only go home with no other memories than those of the short vacation they had from work--and what they really did for fun other than what you thought you offered.
