If, at airport inspection, someone claims that the bullet in his/her luggage is a talisman, ask the person for the name, address, and contact number of the maestro who prescribed the talisman. Chances are there is no maestro. A bullet talisman is carried and worn only on land, never on air or on water, i.e., left at home and not brought about when traveling.
