"There was a profuse of drool emanating from the right side of her mouth that created a thick sheen across her neck and chest.  It was like when one drank from a pitcher and clumsily spilled everything on one's neck and torso.

"The dream wasn't a succession of events.  It was just an image of her I saw.

My reply:

Hi _______!

This was but a mere metaphor of your actual dislike of her. In the image, she appears as a murder victim or a murder-victim-to-be. Water is a symbol of emotion, and what you saw reflects her inability to take in your feelings.for her.

Do not be disturbed. Everyone sees such fleeting images, which is good--when something is expressed or projected on the mental level, it is because it will not be expressed or projected on the physical level.

Writers have a safety gauge for this, which is to channel the energy into poetry.
