Clinched the deal with M. this afternoon for the rental of our front space. Angelique and Jay (M.'s cousin, not to be confused with Angelique's friend J.) were contract-signing witnesses. Now M. has all the keys. Still a lot of work to be done (lighting, signage, flooring, kitchen appliances, furniture) and more papers to be signed (everything is legal), but the cafe should be open before August 1, 2015. M. is calling it "Sa-Wrappd".

I am quite sad that Ivy did not live to see this day, but, I am certain that she is looking on for the sake of the granddaughters.
