You know you are in a Third World country when a high-ranking company has six or more telephone numbers and you have to patiently dial them one by one because most are busy, some have a voice tape that says, "Sorry, all circuits are busy now, please try again later," and others "The number you have dialed is incorrect."

Most people think that bad traffic is on the roads, forgetting all about telephone traffic.
