Ivy's sinigang recipe cooked by Angelique. We serve it in the pot on a trivet--presentation not great but taste and flavor superb! We love sinigang. It is a complete meal in itself: it is a fresh soup, it has meat, it has vegetables. You could add as many vegetables as you like, which would then comprise a hot salad.
This one is pork sinigang with lots of okra. We love bangus, shrimp, and prawn sinigang as well.
