Good night, Cubao!

So glad I started stocking up on books that I still haven't read, blank canvases, lots of yarn, unusual toys, jewelry, and antiques years ago. I have begun enjoying ALL of them, now that I am retired, and they will probably last me a lifetime.

Our eldest sister Lourdes has also retired, and is glad that she is so. In her own words, "I don't want to wake up one day and realize there is not any more time left to do the things l have always wanted to do."

Yes, after working almost every day since I was 18, I am ecstatic to no longer be working.

Life is all about living.
